Still learning? That is okay. Depending on the job, you might be able to work alongside a friend or colleague every day while you polish your language skills.

Not at all. We will teach you everything you need on the job.

If you are new to this kind of work, your first 100 hours are paid at 75% of the hourly rate while you learn. After that, you get the full rate.

Cleaning. 160 kr. an hour, 170 kr. after 4 months.*

Lunch, office or kitchen. 140 kr. an hour, 150 kr. after 4 months.*

Plus 12.5% holiday pay, and extra for seniority, skills or special tasks.

Pension. 6%* of your base salary. Prefer the money now? You can move it to your fritvalgskonto.

Fritvalgskonto. A 4%* bonus, paid out twice a year.

Feriefridage. 2.25%* extra holiday pay.

Pension and fritvalgskonto start after 6 months or 480 hours.

Yes. Once you have worked with us for 6 months or 480 hours, you get full pay while you are sick. If your child is sick, the first day is paid too.

Yes. If you ever need it, you can borrow up to 10,000 kr. with no interest and pay it back in small parts.

We might also be able to help you look over your rent contract, sort out a tax question, get through legal issues with immigration, or support a dream project of yours.

We look at everything together with each person.

Usually not right away, and that is to help you settle in. First we train you. Then you work shifts together with experienced colleagues. After that, you get your own place of work, part time or full time.
